“A mission statement is a statement of the
organization’s purpose—what it wants to accomplish in the larger environment. A
clear mission statement acts as an “invisible hand” that guides people
in the organization.” (Marketing: An Introduction pg5). The goal of my
project is to help feed struggling families around the Las Vegas valley with
this food drive. So with that being said I want my mission statement to be “help give back to your community by
offering a helping hand to others”. It lets you know that your donations
are helping others out; it is short and to the point. I think that helping out
others is a great part of life. Giving to the less fortunate and struggling
makes you feel good knowing you did something to help them out.
