Situation or SWOT Analysis

"Strengths include internal capabilities, resources, positive situational factors that may help the company to serve its customers and achieve its objectives. Weaknesses include internal limitations and negative situational factors that may interfere with the company’s performance. Opportunities are favorable factors or trends in the external environment that the company may be able to exploit to its advantage. And threats are unfavorable external factors or trends that may present challenges to performance."A strength of my project would be holding it in a public place where many people go to. as far as weaknesses go I'm not to sure what a weakness would be, maybe the fact that not a lot of people are willing to donate food without something in return. an opportunity of my project is the opportunity to help someone else in need of a basic necessity which is food. a threat for my project would be holding the food drive on a day the mall is not as busy.
